Crate Rentals

Save Money with Crate Rentals

The NHSPCA knows how expensive and difficult training a new puppy can be. That is why we have crates available for pet owners to rent. Renting instead of buying a crate when you first get that new pup prevents many potential problems.

Oops! The crate is too small.

Many new pet owners under estimate the size that their new pup will be. Then they end up with a crate that is either too big or too small. At $100 or more this can be an expensive mistake.

Wow! The style isn't working.

There are a few options when it comes to choosing a crate. Solid sides or a wire crate can have different effects on different dogs. The NHSPCA recommends a solid wall crate to mimic the "denning" instinct dogs are born with. If you rent you can try this out before you buy.

Renting is a great option for the first time crater as well. Some pet owners have a hard time adjusting to keeping their pet in a "cage." But with proper instruction, will find that the crate is a great tool for a well-rounded pup.

Rentals are $5.00 weekly with a $50.00 deposit for the crate.
