New Hampshire SPCA Not to Decide Fate of Dog

The New Hampshire SPCA (NHSPCA) will not decide the fate of Bear, the Newfoundland from Portsmouth, NH, as cited by media today.
Bear's fate is a decision that will be made by either his owners or the City of Portsmouth's Vicious Dog Committee. Concerns regarding this case can be directed to Portsmouth City Officials (the Vicious Dog Committee) or Portsmouth Police Department.
The New Hampshire SPCA is a community resource center that provides animal adoption, education, investigation and sheltering services in a professional and compassionate way. The Adoption Center is open from 11 am - 4pm on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 11 am - 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday, and closed on Wednesday.
