Flute Recital Featuring Tricia Craig to Benefit New Hampshire SPCA

The New Hampshire SPCA is excited to invite all Seacoast residents to a night of beautiful music that will benefit animals in need. On Saturday, April 5, 2008 from 7-9pm at Phillips Church in Exeter, Flutist Trisha Craig along with her accompanist Barbara Flocco, on Piano, will be performing works by 20th century composers - Burton, Griffes, Muczynski, and more!

Tickets must be purchased in advance by calling Meghan at 603-772-2921 ext. 105, or online at www.nhspca.org. Tickets are $20 for General Admission or $30 for VIP seating.

Flutist Trisha Craig is the owner and director of Music Makers in Hampton, NH. She holds the Master of Music in flute performance from Longy School of Music, and is currently the Flute Instructor at Johnson (VT) State College. In recital, Ms. Craig's enthusiasm for 20th Century repertoire shines through in her artistry and her personalized comments about the composers and their work. She guides her audience through a magical discovery of music written for the flute over the past 100 years. A recent audience member commented, "You made me fall in love with this music!"

The New Hampshire SPCA is a community resource center that provides animal adoption, education, investigation and sheltering services in a professional and compassionate way. The Adoption Center is open from 11 am – 4pm on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 11 am – 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday, and closed on Wednesday.
