Stratham
NH - NHSPCA offers innovative classes
Stratham NH - The New Hampshire SPCA has become a one stop shopping
destination for animal lovers. Not only can one adopt a pet in at
the Adoption Center in Stratham, one can also buy supplies at their
in-house pet store, attend puppy play sessions, obedience classes,
and Agility classes. There are even a few classes just for fun.
All of the services the NHSPCA provides are listed on their website
at www.nhspca.org. New classes are forming August 7th and 8th for
Agility and September 7th,8th and 9th for obedience. Drop-in Puppy
playgroups are Saturdays at 9 am for puppies 8-12 weeks and the
NHSPCA is even offering a special class for aggressive dogs. Classes
are $95 and run for 6 weeks.
For people that are too busy to commit to a 6-week class but still
have behavior problems with their family dog, the NHSPCA is offering
a quick way to get the training tools they need without committing
to a class. Subjects include coming when called, pulling, jumping,
barking and rough play. These mini seminars are $15 for each person
with or without a dog, and kids over the age of 6 are welcome. Space

The New Hampshire SPCA is a community resource center that provides
animal adoption, education, investigation and sheltering services
in a professional and compassionate way. The Adoption Center is
open from 11 am - 4pm on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 11
am - 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday, and closed on Wednesday. For more
