I have read and understand waiver	WAIVER: I understand that by attending dog obedience classes I may be putting myself, my family, my dog and/or any guests who may also attend, in a situation not without risk. Some of the dogs that I/we may be exposed to could be hard to handle and could cause injury even when handled with the utmost care. I will assume all risk of any injury or damage resulting from the actions of any dog including my own while in a class, on the grounds and any surrounding area or when attending any training function. I understand that I am responsible for furnishing written proof of current Rabies, Distemper and Kennel Cough vaccinations. I understand that any time my dog is in contact with other animals it may expose him/her to minimal risk of communicable disease. I hereby waive and release the instructors, the NHSPCA, their agents and employees from any and all liability for injury, damage or illness that I or my dog may incur while attending the training classes.
Payment Information:	For Secure Online Credit Card payment, click and follow page instructions. Registering online does not guarantee placement. Final confirmation of placement will be mailed to you, once space in class is confirmed and payment is processed.
Cancellation Policy:	There is a $25 cancellation fee up to 7 days prior to the start of class. If cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to class start, all fees are non-refundable and will result in a donation of the total fee amount to the NHSPCA. A tax deduction receipt will be sent to you. Thank you!
