Class Description: This class is made for the dogs that struggle to handle their excitement when greeting new people. We will be covering how to stop our dogs from jumping up on people, calm our dogs down around people, and create a greeting protocol for when we introduce them to new people.

Prerequisites: None

Special Notes: This class is not for aggressive or reactive dogs. If your dog exhibits this type of behavior please see our Reactive Dog class or email behavior@nhspca.org for assistance.

Vaccinations: Please email your dog’s vaccination records prior to the first class to vaccines@nhspca.org.  All pets must be current on core vaccinations. Vaccines for canine parvovirus, distemper, canine hepatitis and rabies are considered core vaccines. Please speak with your veterinarian about the appropriateness of non-core vaccines.  These include vaccines against Bordetella and Lepto.
