Yoga teacher Holly Moccia will lead a one-hour vinyasa flow style class appropriate for all levels – from novice to experienced yogi – with a meditation to finish. The best part, we’ll have adorable NHSPCA pets in the room!*

About the teacher:

Holly is passionate about helping others find their center and true essence. Holly has always been a Free Spirit at heart. She is a registered 200 hour yoga teacher, Reiki master, certified meditation teacher and certified holistic health coach. Prior to finding her true passion in teaching yoga, she was also a certified personal trainer for years helping her clients get stronger physically and mentally. In Holly’s yoga classes, you will find her warm inviting nature along with her light heartedness and a dose of humor.
