Join us for Puppies & Pilates on Wednesday\, January 14\, where adoptable puppies will be on site to mingle\, cuddle\, and charm their way into your heart while you enjoy a beginner-friendly Pilates class. \nTwo one-hour Flow 1 classes will be offered from 9:30–10:30 AM and 10:30–11:30 AM.
