Are you presently homeschooling your children? The NHSPCA will visit you virtually and provide fun and educational Zoom meetings. With a variety of programs available, your family can stay in contact with the NHSPCA and the classroom pets in a safe and responsible way. Lessons can be tailored for children aged 5-12.
Cost: $10 per student.
Zoom meeting platform. Maximum of 6 participants
Can be adjusted for ages from 5 to 12 years old
Topics include:
- Meeting the Classroom Pets
- Overview and Comparison of Care for Small Animal Pets
- Specific Small Animal Care for Ferret, Rabbit, Chinchilla, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Mice, Birds, Gerbil, Rat, or Degu (You choose one! Or pick two and we’ll compare and contrast them with you!)
Supplemental materials are available electronically or can be printed and mailed/picked up for an additional cost.
