Pop Tart (approximately 48 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in South Carolina. Pop Tart is a darling little lady who gets nervous in new situations. She is ALWAYS sweet, but she is not super confident. Pop Tart loves people; once she is comfortable, she enjoys receiving affection from her human friends. Pop Tart has done well with the other dogs that she has met.
