Join us for a morning of yoga and meditation to benefit the animals*. Yoga teacher Holly Moccia will lead a one-hour vinyasa flow style class appropriate for adults and teens of all yoga levels – from novice to experienced yogi – with a meditation to finish. The best part, we’ll be outside with the NHSPCA’s farm animals in the nearby paddocks.

Bring your yoga mat, props (if you use them)**, and good vibes, and get ready say “Neighmaste” with us.

*The yoga class will be held rain or shine. In the event of rain, we’ll move into the NHSPCA’s Hope’s Barn or Equine Arena.

**Yoga mats will not be provided.

Online registration has closed but walk-ins are welcome! You can still sign up and pay at the event.

About the teacher:
Holly is passionate about helping others find their center and true essence. Holly has always been a Free Spirit at heart. She is a registered 200 hour yoga teacher, Reiki master, certified meditation teacher and certified holistic health coach. Prior to finding her true passion in teaching yoga, she was also a certified personal trainer for years helping her clients get stronger physically and mentally. In Holly’s yoga classes, you will find her warm inviting nature along with her light heartedness and a dose of humor. Refund & Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel less than one week prior to the start of the program, all fees are non-refundable and will result in a donation of the total fee to the NHSPCA. If the NHSPCA must cancel a program, then we will issue a full refund.
