Class Time: 1 Hour

Location: Tonry Tree farm

Class Description: This class ventures into longer sequences and increased difficulty with angles while preparing teams for competition. Teams will continue to work on helping the dog and handler stay on the path. The handlers will learn to give timely cues and make use of the dogs natural athletic abilities. Challenging turns and crosses will be introduced. Successful communication will be achieved using a positive reinforcement, reward based training.

Prerequisites: Completion of Continuing Agility, Adv. Beginner Agility, intermediate Agility or instructor approval. 

Special Notes: This class is not for aggressive or reactive dogs. If your dog exhibits this type of behavior please see our Reactive Dog class or email behavior@nhspca.org for assistance.

Vaccinations: Please email your dog’s vaccination records prior to the first class to vaccines@nhspca.org.  All pets must be current on core vaccinations. Vaccines for canine parvovirus, distemper, canine hepatitis and rabies are considered core vaccines. Please speak with your veterinarian about the appropriateness of non-core vaccines.  These include vaccines against Bordetella and Lepto.
