At just one year old, Astro has already faced more uncertainty than any cat should. After spending much of his young life in an uncertain situation, he got a taste of the good life during a recent short stay in a loving foster home. Now, he’s hoping to find a family to call his own.

Astro is currently residing in our spacious Sky Colony room; if you’ve never visited before, imagine a feline paradise filled with toys, towers, cozy hideaways, and even an enclosed outdoor patio. It’s basically the Ritz-Carlton for cats. But even with all that luxury, Astro prefers the comfort of his box, where he can observe the world from a safe distance.

One look into his big yellow eyes, and you’ll see a gentle soul with a world of personality just waiting to shine through. Like many shelter animals, Astro is still learning to feel safe in a busy, unfamiliar environment, but with patience and kindness, we know he’ll blossom into a loyal and loving companion.

Astro has also been getting along well with his feline roommate, showing us that he could potentially thrive in a home with another friendly cat.
