It’s not every day a dog stops you dead in your tracks, unknowingly demanding you take a moment to simply appreciate her.

The short legs… the outward-facing paws… the soulful eyes…

Seriously. How could Isabella be any cuter!?

What if we told you this one-year-old girl has the personality to match? Isabella has a playful, bubbly spirit a great appreciation for the little things in life, such as leaves blowing in the wind or the sight of a warm blanket tucked in her bed. Both make her unbelievably happy. She thrives on affection from people and never, ever passes on the chance to be pet or snuggled.

This 44-pound little lady does have some ongoing needs when it comes to her skin. Isabella has allergies, but the good news is that she has responded very well to treatment while in our care. Her skin is already looking much better, and with continued management, we think she can stay happy and comfortable. Her future family should be ready to support her long-term care—which may include things like medicated baths, a hypoallergenic diet, moisturizing routines, and potentially medication as needed.

In return, you’ll have a deeply devoted and especially grateful pup by your side.

Isabella has been noted to be pushy with other dogs, so if there’s another pup in her future home, we’d be happy to conduct an introduction to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable together.
