Red is an affectionate 8 year old Tennessee Walker type gelding looking to find his new best friend. Red appreciates a soft approach from new people and things as he can be nervous at first. Because of this, Red would do best with an experienced horse person. Red would do best with someone to help continue to build his confidence. He settles into new environments well and has lived with both mares and geldings. He does not get anxious when he is away from other horses. He is under saddle and we have ridden him walk, trot and canter with no issues. Allegedly, Red was extensively trail ridden. He seems to be more comfortable out on the trails! He can be looky and may do better with another horse alongside him. Red is up to date on his vaccines, farrier an a dental float. He is also sound.
