Suraj was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. He appeared at the home of a kind lady when he was a kitten, and though she could not keep him, she made sure that he was fed & cared for while she found him a foster home. Suraj has grown up in foster care & is very much looking forward to having a home & a person of his very own. Suraj doesn't care for other cats and dogs and would do best in a home as the only animal. Suraj has been adopted from us once and returned due to behavior - after a lot of socialization and some medication, Suraj is much friendlier and most importantly, HAPPIER than he's ever been! All this gorgeous man needs is a chance - could he find that in you?
