Apple (approximately 41 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in South Carolina. Aside from being ridiculously handsome, Apple is also house trained & crate trained! He was lucky enough to spend time in a Southern foster home, and his foster mama reports that Apple got along well with her cats as well as with her other dogs - this boy is cat and dog friendly! He is super sweet and LOVES to cuddle with his humans. Apple is crate trained & his foster mama crated him when he was alone in the house, because he does love his chew toys & is in the process of learning what are his toys vs. what belongs to humans. He will occasionally try to chew a shoe but is easily redirected onto an appropriate chew toy. Apple's foster parents say that he was a joy to have around & that he would be a fantastic addition to most any household or family!
If you'd like to meet this magnificent little Apple, please stop by the Adoption Center's OPEN HOURS EVERY DAY EXCEPT WEDNESDAY from 11am to 4pm, or contact the NHSPCA at info@nhspca.org
