Selene transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. She is a very round girl who tips the scales at 14 pounds (Selene has the frame of an 8 pound cat). This precious lady definitely need to lose some weight so that she can be as healthy & happy as possible. Selene is a super nice cat who enjoys getting affection from her people. She is currently unable to groom her back & will need an adopted who is willing to help her groom herself as Selene continues her weight loss journey. Luckily she is very grateful for any assistance with her grooming and purrs happily when you scratch those spots that she just can't reach. This big beauty cannot wait to have someone who cares enough for her to help her be her best self. She will reward you with her love and of course, her musical purr!
