About the DiBiasio Scholarship
Lenola M. DiBiasio and her family were lifelong animal lovers. To honor the memory of her husband and daughter, Lenola chose to leave her estate to the NHSPCA.
In 2003, the Learning Center for Pets and People was in memory of the DiBiasio family. Their compassionate love of animals and vision to create a brighter future for them through education is realized in the mission of the NHSPCA.
In addition, to honor Lenola’s vision of teaching others to care for animals and assist students in pursuing their educational needs, the DiBiasio Family Trust was created. From the Trust, a scholarship award will be given annually to enable students to intern at the NHSPCA and continue their education with hands-on learning through direct care in our animal care facility including the labs and surgery.
