Callum’s long journey home began in when he was found running loose alongside the woods in South Carolina. Thankfully, two kind-hearted people rescued him, and boy oh boy, we are so glad they did!

Late last month, Callum hopped on a truck and made the trip up to the New Hampshire SPCA to find his family here in New England. He’s downright just happy to be here, and we can only imagine how he will feel when he gets to wake in a home instead of his kennel.

With his bright, expressive eyes and gorgeous coat, Callum is as eye-catching as he is fun. He’s a friendly, social dog who thrives with active companions—whether two-legged or four. He’s a star in our doggie playgroups and is known to happily adjust his play style to match that of his canine friends. Whether it’s rough-and-tumble or a gentler romp, Callum just wants to connect and have fun.

As a young dog, he comes with plenty of energy and is so eager to bond with his family. He has much to learn, but is ready to become the dog of his family’s dreams. If you’re looking for a smart, lovable companion with a heart as big as his smile, Callum may be the one! We’d love for you to come meet him!

Our Adoption Center is open from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every day except Wednesdays (closed) and we’re located at 104 Portsmouth Avenue in Stratham, NH. We’d love to see you soon!

This feature is brought to you by our wonderful Furball Friend Sponsor, The Barking Dog, Exeter. The event may be over, but there’s still time to help give second chances to more animals like Callum. Please help us reach our Paws Walk fundraising goal here.
