NH Animal Population Control Program – Plan B (Concord, NH)

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible to participate in this program you must be on one of the seven programs: Food Stamps, Medicaid or Healthy Kids Gold, TANIF, The Old Age Assistance Program, Supplemental Security Income Program, Aid to the Needy Blind Program, APTD Program. A person may also be qualified if they meet the income guidelines for the program. Please call 271-3697 to obtain these guidelines or click here.

Fees: $25 per animal which includes spay or neuter and $15 towards a rabies vaccination.

Friends of Animals Program-National Program

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible to participate in this program you must be a cat or dog owner regardless of financial need.
Fees: Dogs are $110 for females and $74 for males. Cats are $85 for females and $61 for males.
