Meet Carl! Carl is an adorable, playful and full of energy! He is a mix breed and is approximately 2 years old. Carl came to the NHSPCA as a stray. He is friendly, loves to be outside with his humans, and loves playing with frisbees, balls, toys, and just running around free.
