Meet Charlie!
Charlie is lively and fun and energetic and adorable…I mean, look at that face! He was transported to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. Charlie is an affectionate fellow who likes to give kisses to his human friends. Charlie is lively and enjoys a brisk walk. Because he was a wanderer, we do not know his history with other dogs, but he has done well in doggie play groups at his previous shelter. He is looking for his fur-ever home!
