20-year-old Pi hasn’t been dealt the best hand in life. Upon being rescued from a cruelty situation it was discovered he had suffered trauma to his left eye leaving him without sight in that eye. However, this hasn’t seemed to slow him down one bit. Pi also has an old injury to one of his hind legs, which means he requires a companion-only home where he can truly retire in comfort.
He gets along great with all other horses and enjoys running around with his herd mates. Pi is an easy keeper, he loads trailers well, is good for the vet and farrier, and is up to date on all vaccines. This senior Quarter Horse deserves a soft landing and humans that will meet his needs and show him the love he deserves.
For more information on Pi please email our farm manager Michelle Murch at mmurch@nhspca.org.
This week only: Companion Horse adoption fees are waived through September 2!
