As a dog who has really only ever known the four walls of a kennel, Tesla may have a lot of things to learn… but how to be a good friend is certainly not one of them.
At two years old, Tesla is still waiting for her chance to experience what being part of a family feels like. We imagine her kennel presence hasn’t really helped showcase just how lovely of a dog she is, because 99% of the time, the floor maaaaay or may not be covered in a blanket of white fluff… courtesy of all the toys that just randomly combusted. Weird, right? She’s just as confused about how/why that keeps happening as you!
The fact of the matter is, Tesla’s bored. Can you blame her? She’s doing her best while being confined to a world far too small for her curiosity. She has never known how incredible life is in a stable, loving home. She has never had a couch, never had a neighborhood, and has never even had the simple joy of following someone she loves from room to room.
These all seem like such simple things, but to Tesla, they would mean the world.
This is a really fun pup who will make a fantastic adventure AND cuddle buddy. She loves to be outside—especially if she can bring her ball along!—and will sniff as many blades of grass as you’ll let her. She loves meeting new people and will greet her friends with a full-body wag and adorable little smile.
While Tesla is fine with dogs outside, she does resource guard her prized possessions, so we are looking for a home where she can be the one and only canine.
