McFee (approximately 48 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. If you've been waiting for a genius of a dog, this is the boy for you! McFee is highly intelligent, super nice, and loves to hang out with people. Like many Shepherds, he can be a bit reserved with strangers but he is outgoing & affectionate with his friends. McFee did well in the doggie playgroups in his Texas shelter - he played with dogs of various shapes & sizes and did well with all of them. This boy LOVES to play ball & would greatly appreciate an active home with lots of activities and routine. He is a dream to train because is is alert, responsive, and learns VERY quickly!
